Under Call Control check if the Video Conferencing unit is not in a call.
Under Diagnostics > System Information check if the unit is connected to a SIP Registrar Server.
You can skip this step if you prefer to use your DHCP server’s configuration. The unit needs to have internet access so it can obtain its IP configuration via DHCP or it can be manually entered. Our IP settings will be manually (Static) entered, in our case we will be entering 18.104.22.168 and 22.214.171.124 under Configuration > Advanced Configuration > Network 1. Remember to click OK when done.
Go to Configuration > Advanced Configuration > Provisioning, make sure Mode is Off.
Go to Configuration > Advanced Configuration > SIP Profile 1, this is where the information provided in the Ubiety Endpoint Registration Welcome email must be entered. Remember to click OK when done.
To make sure the Video Conferencing unit is registered, go back to Diagnostics > System Information and check if Status is Registered.
The final test is to place a call to co.test. Go to Call Control and enter co.test to be connected to our test Space. You should see the following:
